We are very vigilant on every credit card transactions. In order to make sure that the transaction is valid, credit card transactions should have the same billing and shipping. If not, more validation would be needed by our accounting department before we can process the order.


Safety Reminders When Using Your Credit Card for Purchases

1. Please do not email your information, call us instead.

2. Before giving out your credit card information, make sure you know who you are talking to, and that you have verified and confirmed what you are ordering and, of course, the total cost of your order.

3. Although we send our invoices within 24-48 hours of confirming the order, you can reiterate with you Sales Account Manager regarding getting a copy of the invoice as soon as possible.

4. Ask for your credit card information to be deleted after the transaction. You may also opt to authorize us to store the information for faster transactions on future purchases.

When you are ready to purchase your order using  a credit card, please get ready to give the following information to make the transaction quick and easy:


1. Credit Card Number

2. Expiration Date

3. Name on Credit Card

4. BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CARD - address to which the invoice and the bills will be sent (may not necessarily be the shipping address)

5. Security or CVV Code - located at the back of your card, usually a 3 digit number. NOTE: This is not your pin number.
