Since we source our products from Wholesalers and Manufacturers, we can get real time inventory from their warehouses across the United States. Once the product has been confirmed on stock, we can then choose to ship them from the nearest warehouse from your location. Estimated Time of Arrival to your location once availability has been confirmed and order has been processed is 1-3 Business Days.

For large or bulk orders of the same item, or specialty items, ETA would take longer, Please call us if you need more information.

We can ship most supplies to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, PO Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, Military Installations outside the US.

For Premium Line Toners, any UPS order more than $99 is FREE SHIPPING. We can also offer you FREE Overnight Shipping for qualified orders more than $1500.

For NON-UPSable orders, freight will be shouldered by the customer for what is billed by the shipping company. We will provide you an estimate prior to completing the order.

Some furniture, IT Equipment and other non-stock products are not FREE SHIPPING even if they UPSable, your Account Manager will advise you before you make the purchase.

BEFORE signing for a freight shipment always note any visible damage on the bill of lading or delivery ticket.  You may also refuse a delivery if there is damage.  If you note damage or refuse delivery please contact us immediately so we can expedite a replacement for you.  This is important as the freight company will not notify us of refusals and no replacement will be sent. Any claims for damage or missing items must be made within 48 hours.  No exceptions are allowed due to freight company policies. All items must be in their original packaging or they’re not returnable for replacement or credit.

Generally, most UPS orders that are more than $99 are FREE SHIPPING. Any order that is $99 or less, will be charged our minimum Flat rate fee of $10.

We also have other options like overnight shipping, Two-day air, etc… but it might entail additional cost depending on the product and the quantity or volume.
